Trust me, I’d love to play even more, but after 3-4 hours of high-intensity gaming, my brain is mush. 5 hours when it’s more relaxed stuff like Minecraft, but after that, I can’t focus anymore and make a million silly mistakes.
Usually I stop playing once my eyes begin to hurt, that usually happens 16-18 hours in. That is probably because I am used to working nearly double what is considered dangerously long hours when need be, so doing something relatively easy and low stakes for an extended period is no problem for me.
