I have no issues on PC or mobile, just checked now. It’s possible your ISP or an antivirus is blocking access to the domain. You could try using a VPN or Tor, or temporarily disabling your antivirus if applicable. I’d prefer not sending you to Google Drive or some other megacorp. I could also send it directly to an email address as an attachment if you’re still having trouble. It’s just a PDF.
It loads fine for me on iOS using a VPN. Thank you for sharing this! I’ll be switching to Pop! eventually here on some of my machines… except my main game machines cuz I need Windows for ONE SPECIFIC OLD ASS GAME.
