Spicy food can be incredibly flavourful as well, though there is a subset that is hot just for the sake of it and actually tastes awful. If you’re used to the heat it can also just be warming and comfortable, especially when the weather is colder. It’s getting cold here and I had a Banh Mi today with fresh chilli in it, and it was just comfy and nice :)

I’m a night owl and my goal for sleep is 2-2:30am. I’d only just be taking my sleeping meds at this time 🤭
