Yea, but on the flip side, the horrendous situations that little bugger orchestrates also poof out of existence much of the time.
The trick to remembering your dreams is to get into the habit of dream journaling. Have a diary (or a phone app) ready next to your bed, and make sure to write down all the details you can remember about your dream as soon as you wake up. It needs to be absolutely first thing you do after waking up, as otherwise you most likely forget it all.
Even if it feels like you can’t currently remember anything about your dreams, this practice will quickly improve your dream recall.
Anyone else have dreams that break the rules of dreams? Like i can feel pain in my dreams, and occasionally I reach for things with limbs I don’t have when I wake up
yeah :(
i used to lucid dream all the time and now I’ll pinch myself in my dream and feel pain, hold my breath and not be able to breathe, and do all the little stupid things to make dream me confidently say “okay, we tried everything. I’m definitely not in a dream.”
I usually force my dreams to be of cuddling someone. So when I was actually cuddling someone last night, I didn’t have anything to dream about. 😕
